TrueAPS — AI-Powered Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrueAPS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TrueAPS provides an AI-powered advanced planning and scheduling platform for manufacturers. The Service includes production scheduling, demand planning, analytics, and related tools accessible via web browser.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. TrueAPS will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide and improve the Service. Data is stored securely and isolated per tenant.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering the software, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance windows.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueAPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
